West Boylston Water District!

The West Boylston Water District is an independent government entity, providing water to the Town of West Boylston, Massachusetts.

NOTICE: Our water system recently violated a drinking water standard. A total of three (3) samples collected from our system during September 2014 showed the presence of coliform bacteria. Although this is not an emergency, as our customers, you have a right to know what happened, what you should do, and what we did to correct the situation. More information...

Source Water Protection Plan: Safe drinking water starts at its source!  We have developed a plan to protect the sources of our water from possible contamination.  You can read the full plan or view a presentation of the key points.  You can help keep our water clean.
Water Meter Replacement Program:  We have begun a program to replace current water meters with new radio transmitting meters.  This new system will reduce costs and improve customer service.  The program is mandatory but there is no additional cost to our customers.  Read more about this exciting program...
